Who we are
The Good Nod provides AI automation services to businesses in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and through demonstrations of our AI agents.
What we collect
When you complete a form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and any information you share about your requirements.
When you speak with Nia, our demonstration agent, audio is processed in order to power the conversation. Call metadata and transcripts may be retained to operate, monitor and improve the service. Please do not share sensitive personal information during a demonstration.
How we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, deliver and support our services, and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business communication and on consent where consent is required.
Sharing and processors
We use trusted service providers to host our website, store data and provide voice AI infrastructure. These providers process data on our instructions under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it or anonymise it in line with our retention practices.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and data portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
